Qi Gong

This meditative practice is a skilful art which coordinates the mind and body. It is an energy exercise achieved through movement and a standing posture while concentrating on breathing techniques to calm the mind. This creates two main effects:-

1. Regulates the functional activities of the body and maintains a dynamic equilibrium.
2. Enables the body to reduce energy consumption and increase energy accumulation.
