Massage (Deep Tissue)

Deep Tissue Massage is similar to Swedish Massage but uses deeper pressure which is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, fascia, which are protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints. Swellings resulting in the accumulation of waste products which can thereby be removed. Also muscular, soft injury problems, posture and stress can also benefit.

Further techniques can mobilise joints, break down scar tissue, adhesions, stretch and realign tangled and damages muscle fibres and relax contracted muscles.
