About Gemma

Gemma has always participated in sports activities, mainly horse riding, running and skiing and she completed the Reading Half Marathon in 2009 and believed without the treatment of Sports and Remedial Massage, she wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this, certainly not without injuries. This has compounded her belief in the benefits of this treatment.

Gemma first studied Holistic Massage at the Newbury College in 2006, qualifying in ITEC (credit) Anatomy and Physiology and Swedish Massage, where Gemma found her fascination in how our mind and bodies function. This then led her to progress to studying Sports and Remedial Massage.

Gemma is a member of The Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage, after qualifying in Sports and Remedial Massage at the Cotswold Academy in 2009 at BTEC Level 4 (distinction) and has been practicing since.
